HACCP (food safety) 4 hour course is being held in St. Kevins on Saturday next (November 25) starting at 10.30 and finishing at 14.30. Anyone helping in the kitchen needs to have this certification. The club is covering the cost of the course, but we ask that anyone who takes up the offer to help out at functions if they are available from time to time. Preference given to paid up club members.
