Club Update – Thursday

  • Our AGM is tonight Thursday at 8pm in the Clubrooms. We’ll have an announcement on our senior management and other news to discuss. All Welcome!
  • Join us this Sunday at 5pm in the hall for a ‘Hang Tough’ competition and games for the kids. All before we watch the Smyths in ‘Irelands Fittest Family’ on the big screen at 6.30, we’ll have the Smyths with us and we’d like to invite everyone down!
  • 400 Draw tickets must be returned by Monday 4th and Ruth will be in the clubrooms next Monday at 8pm to collect the last of them.
  • Finally we have lots planned in the coming months – a pop up race in March, a white collar boxing event in March/April, our 400 Draw on Sat 9th and of course our annual St. Kevin’s Charity game on St Stephens Day – More Details to follow!

Big 400 Draw – Saturday 9th December

Just a reminder that our 400 Draw will be held in the Clubrooms on Sat 9th December – All are welcome and this is always a good night to meet your neighbors, have fun and…. if you’re very lucky win a few Euro!

Save the Date – Club AGM

Just a reminder our club AGM will be held in the Clubrooms on Thursday 30th November at 8.00pm. We’d encourage all members and parents to please attend. This is our main yearly meeting and a chance to meet other parents and members and find out what is happening in your club!

HACCP (food safety) Course

HACCP (food safety) 4 hour course is being held in St. Kevins on Saturday next (November 25) starting at 10.30 and finishing at 14.30. Anyone helping in the kitchen needs to have this certification. Number is limited to 20 places. Contact Teresa at 0863116950 to ensure your place. The club is covering the cost of the course, but we ask that anyone who takes up the offer to help out at functions if they are available from time to time. Preference given to paid up club members. Booking is essential.

Irelands Fittest Family – Well Done the Smyths

Well done to the Smyth family on getting through to the next round of Irelands Fittest Family. We’re planning a night in St. Kevin’s on December 3rd with games and family fun before we show it on the big screen. More details to follow…..
